Hearts is a classic trick-taking card game for four players. The objective is simple: avoid taking hearts and the dreaded Queen of Spades. The player with the lowest score when someone reaches 100 points wins!
Each round begins with a passing phase where players exchange three cards. Then, the player with the 2 of Clubs leads the first trick. Players must follow the lead suit if they can. The highest card of the lead suit wins the trick.
Each heart is worth 1 point, and the Queen of Spades is worth 13 points. If one player takes all 26 points (called Shooting the Moon), they score 0 and everyone else gets 26 points added to their score.
